Extremely Disappointed

I was hopeful today when I opened the app and saw a refresh that let me book inside the app. FCMs greatest downfall has always been that it opens a web app on your browser. It’s extremely hard to use on mobile and always glitches, and Kia flat out refuses to work. But with the new update I was so happy that they fixed it. NOPE. It just launches the web app inside the application now. Somehow the made it even worse. Now it’s even more frustrating and annoying to use. I just tried to search for hotels and I had to reload the application 5 times. Still never worked and now I have to force it to open up the web app as it used to, in order to have a chance at booking something. FCM needs to get a new developer their software makes me in 2025, want to call a number and book just so that I don’t have to deal with it.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your frustration at seeing the update without the smoother booking experience you were hoping for. While there have been several improvements to the app overall, the booking process still uses our web tool within the app, and we apologize for any confusion or issues this may have caused. We’re actively working to improve this experience, and it’s a significant project that goes beyond the app itself.Your feedback helps us identify where the experience isn’t working as it should. If you’d like to share any additional details about what happened, you can reach our team through the Help Centre in the app.Thank you again for helping us improve the app.

Excruciatingly painful to use Mobile app

Unfortunately, I’ve to leave a one star review after excruciating painful experience in the mobile app. Doesn’t work at all. They made some upgrades and asks you to use Desktop version. What’s the point of mobile app then?

Developer Response
