The Progyny App
The Progyny app is a self-service tool where you can view your benefit details, communicate with your Progyny Care Team, pay bills, and access curated education.
Key Features
• Review your benefit information: Learn more about your coverage and how the Progyny benefit works.
• Get the support you need for your journey: Navigate curated resources, tools, and more across fertility and family building, pregnancy and postpartum, and/or menopause and midlife care, if offered by your employer
• Communicate with your Progyny Care Team: Send a secure message or click to call to speak with your Progyny Care Team.
• Stay up to date with your care: View your authorizations, track medication deliveries, and more.
To access the Progyny Member Portal app, you must be eligible for the Progyny benefit. Please contact your Progyny Patient Care Advocate at 888.597.5065.

Created my password. Logged in right after setting the password. Then the next day, I tried to login with the same password, and it didn’t work. This was a password saved in a password vault so I was copy pasting between the first day using the password and the second day. Tried resetting my password and wasn’t getting the emails anywhere despite resending the email to myself multiple. So I intentionally locked my account and immediately got the link for resetting my password after that. Reset it with a password I use often. Logged in. Everything fine. Next day, login with the same password and it’s saying wrong password.
Glitchy app

App is super glitchy. I have yet to be able to log in on the first try. Usually takes 3-5x of signing in and doing 2 factor authorization for it to actually work. All it does after you put in your log in is send you back to the log in screen over and over. App is fine once you actually are able to sign in.

This app was very accessible, organized, and efficient. The user interface was straightforward and convenient, making it simple to navigate. There are also significant features to meet user needs. I highly recommend to use this app.

This app was easy to use and I really like the minimalistic approach in terms of how it was designed. The information displayed was very clear and concise and I was able to schedule a call with patient care advocate seamlessly while also having all my fertility health care benefits in one central location.
We’ve updated the Member Portal with a fresh new look, made improvements to the onboarding experience, and included small enhancements and bug fixes to make the app work better.
