I’ve used this app for a year and been very pleased with how easy it is to use. The latest update, though, changed some features. First, the thumbnails are larger than before, so you have to scroll more to see the images that were captured when you were away from the camera. It’s more difficult to take a quick glance through. I would suggest giving users a choice of thumbnail size. Second, in the previous version you could select one of the thumbnails to see as a larger pic, then swipe left and right to see images on either side, chronologically. You can still do that with this version, but the “Go” icon bounces in each time. It would be fine if this happened once, when you opened a pic, but for every swipe?! It’s irritating and disrupts the user experience. I suggest limiting the icon appearance to once. In the end, I still appreciate this app, but I would also appreciate if the developers considered the suggestions above. Thank you!

The camera I purchased has great quality footage and many settings to fit my needs, but problem is connecting to the camera from the app is very hit and miss even though I’m not more than 10-15 feet away from the camera at all times when I want to connect. Today I haven’t been able to connect at all so not sure what gives. I’m so close to absolutely loving this camera but the connectivity issues drives me crazy!!! If only connecting to the camera wasn’t such a slow and unreliable process it would be beyond a 5 star rating.Update: I just want to add that I had a problem with another camera I just added to my collection. Customer was quick to reply to my issue and my issue was resolved. Overall I still love these cameras and I’m glad support is quick to reach back out to you. If only it was quicker and more reliable to connect I would say it’s PERFECT! It’s so very close I hope it becomes more reliable but either way very happy over here

I purchased this little gem for viewing the chipmunks, neighborhood cats and squirrels on my little side porch. I just enjoy watching their antics and it makes me smile every time. This trail cam totally met my expectations and so much more. I had no experience with anything like this, but the DL502 model was very easy to set up and each category was explained either in the app or in the instructional booklet. I set this up so I can see them enter their handmade chipmunk feeder (from Garythecarpeinter on Etsy), which is squirrel proof and sits on the ‘floor’ of the side porch. I would highly recommend this little unit to anyone who is interested in seeing what goes on when no one is around.

It’s a well made, and very user friendly Game Camera. I’ve had it for a few weeks and found that it does everything you’d want a game cam to do, takes great pictures, and video is great as well. Your phone connects easily and quickly so that you can view them and offers the ability to save the good ones and toss the others. I certainly didn’t want a cam that made you download all and keep all. I just want the great shots! And if I see Sasquatch running around my driveway-I’ll definitely post it to all media!! I live in the city so this would be a long shot! ROFL!!
