The app everyone has been waiting for. Pedro is a wonderful yoga teacher who truly connects with his students and the community. His guidance encourages students to stay in the moment and have fun. All within a safe and supportive environment.The classes are accessible to students of all levels. His teachings go beyond the physical practice, incorporating breath work, meditation, and other insights that inspire his students to live with more compassion, mindfulness, and joy. Life is made of small apps like these. I am very excited to have access to all of these courses on demand.

There is a useful search tool for the yoga practices to find what I’m looking for whether it’s something quick or a specific area of focus. To top it all off, Pedro and Summer keep it light and real, are extremely knowledgeable and have excellent cuing skills. I have tried other yoga apps and this is by far the best one!! It really feels like a true yoga class - always feels personal and like Pedro is talking directly to me. His cuing of breath and awareness is spot on, and his humor helps me lighten up. The variety in length and style of classes offer is a big draw too.
