So excited to hear about the new location that will be opening in the city park neighborhood, or formerly known as Stapleton area! I have been a member at this bank for over 25 years and I’m not even in my 40s yet. They have helped me not only understand finances but have helped me maintain a credit score that I can be proud of. They’ve answered every one of my questions from fees and what affects them to how’s the best way to give cash as a gift. I don’t know of any other bank that has worked so hard to put their people (aka Customers) first. The online banking is the easiest I’ve ever used, however, just stopping in to do an in person transaction always leaves me feeling as if I were visiting friend.

I have enjoyed the app and its functionality up to this point but recently had issues with the app version after the updates. Even though ithe App Store stated I was running a compatible iOS on my phone every time I opened the app it stated it was down for maintenance, “we’re fixing something” or a similar cute error message was displayed even after removing and reinstalling the application. I informed the representative I spoke with over the phone that the app was not allowing me to access my account and had to perform transfers, etc over the phone. Days later this error still persisted until I updated my phones iOS and then I was able to access the app again without issues. So to anyone experiencing access issues you’ll want to ensure you’re running an updated iOS on your device. This access issue prohibited me from checking balances or paying credit statements and is extremely frustrating to have to deal with potential credit hits because the app developers did not update the iOS compatibility on the App Store after the most recent updates, if I would have known it was that simple of a fix I could have addressed the issue a week or more ago and avoided the stress/impact. DEVELOPERS PLEASE REVIEW THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE MOST RECENT APP VERSION AND UPDATE.

I would rate this app and this bank 0/5 stars if possible, where do I begin? I’ve had issues with this bank since day 1, I am in the physical branch probably 4 days a week making deposits and transfers in person because the app itself has constant issues. Want to make a payment towards your line of credit via your checking account with their mobile transfer? Sorry that is “unavailable at this time, contact customer service.” Do you want to go to the physical bank ATM or partner ATM to withdraw money? “Cannot complete transaction at this time” there’s been more than 10 times I couldn’t access money at their own branch ATM on 120th and Colorado, then I went to a partner ATM and same deal, they constantly say my account will be fine but won’t let me deposit money or withdraw money over and over again. I have had to get both cards reprinted and the problem keeps happening with no explanation? Not to mention the time I go deposit money at the actual bank ATM and they took the money with no receipt, no balance change, and no record of the money hitting the account? AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Any simple bank transaction has been nothing but, if you are ever in an emergency situation and need money to be taken out or deposited in you are out of luck and they will contact you at a later date. The only good thing I can say about them is the staff at the 120th and Colorado bank are nice to me when I go tell them the issues I had trying to do a simple task EVERY SINGLE DAY. I rarely write poor reviews, however just recently this app went through quite a drastic update with a completely different look/interface. It is very user unfriendly and lacks intuition with its user. I’m not sure why the app underwent such drastic changes, as previously it was one of the most seamless apps to use for banking. Considering the majority of my banking was/is used through the mobile app, my husband and i are considering switching banks simply because of the way this new app is formatted. Which is such a bummer! I have never banked with anyone else. If anyone is reading this who has any pull to get the old app back, please please help us out here!:) Previously the app was intuitive and user friendly, quite the opposite of how it is today:(. I’m so bummed! Even the logging in aspect is poor. We have two different accounts, yet it will only hold your fingerprint for one of the accounts for instance. This is just one of the poor experiences of this app. Please give us the old app back!!
