Being in North Carolina it’s difficult at best trying to keep up with what’s going on in the AFC west. Having been born a Chiefs fan this app is amazing at helping me keep up with all that is going on with the Chiefs. Best thing is being able to watch the live stream no matter where I am if they are playing. Keep up the great work and look forward to another amazing year of Chiefs football!!!
Chiefs’ App Auto Closing

Every time I receive a push notification about a Chiefs’ event, (today it was about signing up for a free Kelce jersey) I tap it to open the App. I am taken to the App, it opens and I see the home page for the day. Then before it takes me to the page that was being pushed the App closes. I cannot find the page that was being pushed. Why does the App auto close? I’m using an Apple iPhone 13 mini and the auto closing of the Chiefs App has happened under many different iOSs. Currently I am on iOS 16.6. Please let me know what I can do to prevent the App from Auto closing so I can participate in some of the Kansas City Chiefs’ App activities. I can’t even use the App for any of the promotions.
Stable and predictable to not so much

This app used to have dependable streaming ability. It has become increasingly wonky; slow to start streams, streams dropping or pausing w no explanation, no time icon indicating what is happening. When stream does reappear, it often begins with an ad, then freezes again. Of course, one must check internet download speed before blaming any app. I did. My connection was solid at 13 mps. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. It is an exercise in frustration now. I watched all of Andy’s comments. One half of Pat’s analysis of the mini camp etc. froze after not being present at all. I gave up on “next” Justin Watson’s comments. Who has this kind of time.
Poor Quality Glitchy App

This is the most temperamental app out there. They added commercials before and after every two items and all they do is make the app hang so you have to close it and then re-open only to have to watch the commercials (which advertise products not available to the general public) all over again before you can load the content. I wish there was another way to get current information on my favorite team. I open the app only when I can’t find the information elsewhere AND have hours to get the app to work. A real disappointment- definitely does not meet my expectations.
