On the Fourth of July holiday, when public transit is at its worst, the app wouldn’t let me make a reservation. I tried with the holiday special and without. It showed a pending payment on my credit card, but it didn’t go through. When I tried to explain the issue while checking out, the parking attendant still wanted me to pay full price even though the night side guy said it would be no issue. We finally settled the issue and I paid using the some credit card I tried to on the app. I’ve been using the app for two years and I never experienced this before.

I have a monthly garage spot. We used to have to text to make sure our cars are ready, but now we need to use this app. I sent in a request last night, but when I got to the garage, they didn’t have it. For some reason, it got closed a couple hours ago. Now I’m standing here with my dog, holding a car seat, and my wife is standing around with our baby waiting. when the app works, I can usually expect multiple notifications with the same info, for no obvious reason. I have another request for my car from weeks ago that still shows up in the list, and I can’t cancel it. In summary, I make mobile apps for a living, and this is about as bad as it gets.

I park in an Icon garage weekly. I was using another app flawlessly until my Icon garage had problems and they couldn’t accommodate me. They told me that because I hadn’t used their app they wouldn’t accommodate me at another Icon garage. This had happened a few times so I tried the Icon app. It never works correctly. I try to save my work address but it disappears almost every time I sign out of the app. More than half the time I get to the final page of making a reservation and when I click the final button it tells me there is some kind of error or the system is down. This is pathetic. Please fix your app.

Website wasn't any better. days of ticket service down when trying to make reservation. Took a diff browser diff credit card and diff garage to work. When trying to pick up car spent 20 min and still didn't show as paid. Only reason I got my car back was that attendant didn't want to make me wait so long so late at night. Also was told when I was having issues tech team would look into it and get back to me (gave info). 2 days later and nothingAlso I'll mention the nearly 30 pending charges on my credit card from I think when I was trying to make a reservation which hopefully won't turn to paid
