I cannot speak highly enough of dr. Rodd. He has been my doctor since I moved to Michigan two years ago and has been nothing short of amazing. He is easy to talk to, authentic and caring. He doesn’t rush you and he always tries to help me with whatever I’m going through. He is kind and empathetic and never judges me. He takes the time to listen to my problems and medical concerns but also balances things out by asking about my personal life and talking to me about things we both enjoy like hunting and fishing. I can’t speak highly enough about his bedside manner. I’ve gone through some really good times and really rough times and he always treats me with respect and genuinely cares for my well being. I’ve never had a doctor that is so authentic and genuinely wants the best for my life. I can’t speak highly enough of him. It’s so comforting to know that he cares and I can be honest with him about whatever I’m going through and he will do his best to help in whatever way he can. 5/5 stars for dr. Rodd. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I am incredibly blessed he is my doctor.

You people at Corewell need to re-evaluate just what you are doing by brooming away everything that worked SO well for Beaumont and us, as your patient$!! Just because you THINK you are superior, doesn’t mean you ARE superior! The Beaumont version of My Chart was EXCELLENT! ALL your information there, easy to read, decipher, understand and you could compare all your past numbers/values for tests - while also knowing the exact previous numbers! Now it’s just very generalized and not precise! Makes very little sense and offers no specifics. And how are you getting away with not transferring ALL of our previous tests, documents, etc…into our ‘new’ charts! I’ve had to redo and update some very major items in my chart in the past couple of weeks - more than once! Meds, insurance info, major life events, to name just a few items! Thank heavens I haven’t had to go to the ER and/or have been unable to communicate that info to you all! Why the heck have I had my chart for years with Beaumont - through cancer, chemo, surgeries, blood clots, kidney stones, illnesses, birth of my daughter, etc…only for you all to come in and make it all vanish! Please use what brains you might be able to find from the Corewell side - or better yet, listen to the smart ones who might still be left from the Beaumont family and rethink what you are doing and changing! You are NOT MAKING THINGS BETTER, despite what you think! There are a lot of us considering different hospitals and drs because of all this - can you afford to lose all us baby boomers? I think not!

I love that with the touch of a button I can have my scheduled doctors visits added to my calendar on my device and it’s including the location, time, notes and more. And beyond that they also have it where you can add it to your calendar without so many notes just for your privacy. Virtual visits have had their bugs, but no one can create perfection, it is overall great with those. I keep note of my entire family and that is a huge plus!Messagining providers and getting a 24 response is wonderful. I have written providers questions that I forgot during my visit and they can get answered as opposed to having to go through a figuratively torturous phone call where you can spend more time waiting to get where you need to than what you spent on your initial appointment.Test results are posted almost instantly, which has its pros and cons, some may see the results before the provider and it cause more stress or curiosity trying to look deeper. Others love to see the photos of x rays or other scans just for the comfort of seeing it. The cherry on top of the cake is that most of the paperwork questionnaires that take up time in the office waiting room are now able to be done ahead of time on your device. You can take 5 minutes here or there and get them done at a place you have the time to do it in. That reduces time in the waiting room that you can now use elsewhere. I do recommend this app 99% rating.

I rarely ever leave any type of negative comment, especially when it comes to those who are there to help us, and save our lives, but the emergency doctor that I had when I came in from a accident which occurred inside my automobile, where I fell after the handle in the front right side passenger seat completely came out of the roof, onto my back which immediately felt pop rendering my legs numb (thinking I was paralyzed) and all my body weight coming down on my right foot, which fractured and broke my right pinky toe.My wife immediately rushed me to the emergency room where the staff and everyone but the emergency room doctor was incredible.I was left, not overnight without any food or waterBut when the doctor woke me up the next morning, he acted as if I was fine?He wanted me to get up and walk which I couldn’tAnd his statements and notes from my case file were completely adequate and inconsistent with what had happened to me.It felt like it was a completely different write up for a completely different patient. This doctor literally discharge me from the hospital with a broken foot and a very damaged back that had herniated, bulged, slipped, and dislocated discs on my spine. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. And it has kept me from wanting to come back to the ER at Cornwell even when it was the closer hospital to go to.He is a very bad reflection of your company and in doctors in general
