Basic checking and savings acct with them since, don’t even remember but I can tell you it’s been more than 15yrs. I’ve the different iterations before this one and can tell you that the devs definitely took a lot into consideration when re-building the functionality of the app. You can link essentially all of your accts through their app alone. Of course you can’t manipulate this accts like you would be able to natively within their own apps, however…just the thought to include that function for easy monitoring and quick balance updates. Pretty cool. This is just one of the many new updates, but it’s a highlight for sure! Thanks devs!

Took Vital Things Away

Why would you take away notices that notify me of my direct deposit? Why would you change how many days it takes to transfer money to an external account? Why would you make a joint account a non joint account? Especially when the joint account owner cannot create his own login as previously advertised. Why would you take the ability away from quickview to be able to click on the account and see the transactions? Why do you take so long to update the balance for an account to account transfer? It’s not immediate anymore. When I need to move money from my savings to my checking, I need those fund right away. Not hours later! You made it more of a pain to see past transactions. The recent transactions view doesn’t list everything that is pending! I have to actually click on the account to see any added posts. How is this better? This app makes me mad as to where before I had no emotions towards it at all. Horrid update and the joint account owner that you won’t even list on the account anymore or give his own access to had to talk me out of closing this account altogether!

The Telco app has been mostly solid for years, with minor bugs. The biggest problem was a lack of modern features like account syncing with plaid. After the big update (probably almost a year ago now) they added that feature and completely revamped the app. Surprisingly, I haven't encountered any bugs since the major update. My only (very minor) complaint is routing number either isn't there anymore, or not as obvious as it was. It used to have a dedicated menu, now I can't find it at all. It's easy to find on the website so I just go straight there. Overall great app now!

ATFCU’s new bank app is fantastic!I could search transactions as simple as entering “deposits”. I could see ALL the accounts associated to me, check their balance from the same screen, and make transfers! One of the best features: being able to rename each account in a way I can easily recognize them, making all actions smooth and user friendly.Thank you ATFCU: it took a while, but, your app is finally AWESOME!
