Easy to use and does exactly what I need it to. The only thing that needs to be fixed is that for credit cards the history, pending balance, and available amount do not show up on the app. It says to log in via online banking to view credit card history, so currently I have to log on to the full site with the browser on my phone instead. Not sure why that is in place, but other than that everything runs very smoothly, and I love the Bill Pay feature.
Bill pay numbers VERY sensitive with latest update
Love this app for bill paying and banking and everything !! Paid bills for the first time following the latest update. Had to re-submit several amounts due to very sensitive keys. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR AMOUNTS BEFORE HITTING “DONE”. I am certain duplicates of numbers or even triple numbers appeared when typing in a single digit- even perhaps when hovering over number. Hope this can be resolved with the next update!
Where’s my money?
I wish I could do negative stars. But anyways, I think it’s a great app because it’s easy to use and understand. My favorite thing about it is that it tells you how much you have and also tells you how much you will have with a pending transaction. Well, that happened with me where it took out a pending amount and told me how much I would have left after it was approved. The transaction was approved today and now I’m missing $46 because according to landmark “I didn’t have the money for it.” Ok, but the app told me I would still have $46 left over once the transaction was approved. So where’s my money?! I’m already struggling as it is to get food on the table and pay bills. So why is my hard earned money being taken away from me?!
