I have been paying for the different apps after getting this 365 Personal that was supposed to include them all, plus 1 TB of OneDrive. I did that because when I downloaded the OneDrive and Word apps my iPhone prompt me to pay for separate subscriptions. So I thought it was because they were meant to. After months, or probably more than a year I’ve been paying for them and finally realized I was not supposed to do so. The descriptions don’t explain it and the iPhone prompt you to pay. I got just one month worth of refund, but as I try to get my personal subscription back I’ve been having all kinds of issues.I ended up paying for a Basic subscription so I don’t lose all the data from OneDrive while this issue is resolved. So now, I paid for this Office Personal $6.99 and is not working and nowone can help me. I talked to Microsoft and they said they can’t help with subscriptions bought at Apple. In Apple they told to talk to Microsoft. It is infuriating!! I’ve lost so much time trying to solve this. I was supposed to get help from a Support Department this morning and they sent me an email saying they couldn’t reach me. I didn’t even get a text!!! And they want me to reschedule the call again!!! Don’t buy ANITHING from Microsoft in the Apple App Store if you want support from someone in case of an issue.

I love Word! I use all Microsoft Office apps on both my computer and phone instead of Google because the features and ease of use are infinitely better than Google Docs and Slides. Once, I wrote an essay over 80 pages for my English class, and during one weekend, I wrote over 30 pages in one day. Unfortunately, my computer was hacked and crashed, making me think all of my work was erased since it wasn't saved (I didn't have autosave on because I hadn't set up OneDrive at this point). Fortunately, when my computer finally turned back on, the file was there, perfectly fine, thanks to Recovery Mode (tysm for this addition Microsoft, it's brilliant!). Now, I use Word on all my devices, and the mobile version has been amazingly helpful for me. The only reason I didn't put five stars is because the mobile view feature has been SUPER buggy. This is how I write most comfortably on mobile, but whenever I am using it and I touch the screen, it flings me to a completely different page! It's been so bad that I just can't use mobile view, despite it being so helpful. (This isn't my because of phone's age nor its functionality since it still does this on my brand new phone). There are a few other things that I have trouble with, such as the lack of settings and editing I can access while on mobile, but I understand that adding everything that's on the computer app would be difficult to stuff into a tiny mobile app. Overall, the pros heavily outweigh the the cons because this is a MUST-USE, ALMOST PERFECT, FEATURE-FILLED writing app!!

I really enjoyed the Microsoft Office 365 word app for three reasons. The first reason is the editing tools that the app has to help one edited one’s word document. When writing a document it can be very hard to edit one’s own paper but when an editing tools is added it make the writing process more efficient and readable. The editing tools also give assistance that is far cheaper to requesting someone else to edited your document.The second reason Microsoft developers keep improving this app without increasing bugs that could affect one’s productivity and computer. When bug are not caught before launching the app it could cost up to hundred to get your computer or any electronic device that one may be using to get task done. I am excited about the future of this application that I can not wait until the next version of this application is available.The third reason why I like this application is the reliability of the application to deliver what it supposed to deliver. Quality products and accurate products save time and money. I feel that this product saves time and money it one understands all the functionality of each tab that this application has for one to write quality and accurate documents and flyers . I do wish that this application in the mobile application had be references tabs like the desktop and more college tabs such more templates that college students and business professionals are using virtually. For, example zoom component that will allow participants on their mobile phone and desktop to work together. Add more business features added component to calculator and more way to scan document to this application and edit the documents. For the most part this is a great application.

I have had this app for a while now. I am a student and work full time. This app is a necessity for me. I have found that using google docs. Or even the Notes app and then copying and pasting it to my word document is superior to trying to fight with word’s glitching. For one, the app logs me out of my account almost all of the time! This is extremely frustrating because I can’t use the auto fill feature to sign in and it slows me down. Then there’s the fact that I can’t always type because of how glitchy the app can be. I usually have to have multiple apps open when I’m doing my school work, but Word is the only app where I experience a huge slowdown when multitasking. I wish I could customize the app in some ways just to make it fit my needs. I wish I didn’t have to scroll all the way down to find Times New Roman font. I know all of these things aren’t necessarily difficult to overcome, but I would like it if the app would just work like any other writing app. The app just feels so out of place and a bit outdated when I use it and compare it to apps as simple as Notes. My time is very limited and I wish I didn’t have to battle with this app every time I open it. I won’t give it a terrible rating, because it is the only app I can use to submit my essays and it works, slowly but it gets the job done. I just wish it would work more smoothly. I ask the devs to please make the app more user friendly. I know you guys have a tough job, but please keep this in mind. Thank you.
