Extract text — Text Recognition pulls the words out of a scan so you can edit them, find a document by what's inside it, and share the text as a file. Translate — Turn a scanned document into any of 17 languages, including French, German, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese, then send it as a file or paste it in a message. E-sign — Add your signature, initials, name, and the date to a scan, powered by Zoho Sign, so you don't need a printer and a scanner to return a form. Organize — Use folders, reminders, and tags to keep documents findable. Zoho Scanner suggests tags from a document's content, and Zia Lens sorts scans into documents, receipts, and business cards, then alerts you when new documents appear in your photos. Nice App - needs a bit of polish

I have a Zoho Wokplace Standard plan and I use this app to scan & save business cards. The app works well and has a good OCR feature. Navigation is a little confusing when saving and you can only apply a “save” workflow to the image scan, not the OCR .txt file. I have also found that I am unable to save to Zoho WorkDrive Team folders with this app - even though the app tells me that it has saved to the Team folder.Would be nice if the app had more features to add business card info directly to a database or spreadsheet - or even export as csv.Overall a nice app that is very useful to me.

I have used Zoho email client for a long time and really like it and I thought I had tried all their apps I could until yesterday when I came across this document scanner and have just been totally impressed with it.I was using Microsoft lens app and I really liked it to, as well as Turbo scan which I believe I paid $10 for, it’s really good as well, but zoho scanner has out shined them all in my opinion. It has the most features, is the easiest to use with cleaner scans and great sharing capabilities. And I've tried probably 10 to 15 scanning apps trying to find the best one and I'm so happy I found it, thanks Zoho. To the developers my only suggestion is to throw in the standard version for your email customers, I know the app is free or has a free level but I'm missing some of the features I want and feel like they should be included for the people that have been loyal customers already. It's those kind of moves that keep your customers in your ecosystem like Apple has done and even though you'd give away the standard scan level, those kinds of things make loyal customers and make me more willing to pay for some of your other more premium apps.

I document a lot, either being my son’s art work, business or household documents, this app has made all the mentioned tasks straightforwardly easy. It allows you to add pages, delete pages, and share the scanned documents via your preferred media. A must have if you are into documenting via scanning.
