Well, I don’t even know what rating I would give it because I can’t even make an account!! When you are creating a new account, it doesn’t give you the option to make a password (instead it has you select your time zone for some reason… in a super confusing way I might add.) So after you are finished and go to login it won’t work, obviously, because whatever password you put in will be invalid. And then when you select the “Forgot Password” option and enter in your email, it says an error has occurred (I’m guessing it’s because you don’t actually have a valid account yet.) To top it off, calling the customer support just has you on hold for 10-15 minutes before they tell you that they are too busy to answer your call and to leave a message for them. I feel super bad for the support agents, I’m sure they get screamed at on a daily basis. Just hire someone who actually knows how to create an app and it would make life easier for all of us.

I was not able to open or share my MRI images through this app. Initially, the images opened, but then the app started freezing, and I could no longer access them. I spent an hour on the phone with tech support, who blamed my iPad and eventually emailed my doctor’s office a link that they couldn’t open. I am having to resort to opening the emailed link through my iPad and dragging the iPad to the doctor’s office to share the images. Not to mention that in the future, I will have to go to a different MRI imaging facility that is willing and able to burn the images on CD the old-fashioned way. This app is totally useless.

This app is a complete joke. I made a request almost two-months ago multiple times because it kept reading open request. I followed all of the instructions, and today I finally get a response that my request was rejected because my ID was not visible. It only took them 50-days to let me know that the image was unacceptable, but appears perfect on my end. I don’t know what clearpath charges medical offices for this so called service, but it’s too much—whatever the amount.

It was so easy to share CT scans with my provider without having to call to request them. Viewing the images on my phone is very cool. Definitely helpful to have this app since I’m sure this won’t be the last time I need to share my scans with another provider.
