With Joystik I can say that I’ve finally found a mindfulness routine that sticks. It is super easy to start with and to implement into my day. Even when life gets in the way and I miss a day I see myself getting back into it quickly. No more searching for a meditation, just open the app and click start on the daily training - done. I like to see the power-up meter scale going up with continuous training, it motivates me to keep going. I’ve used the power-up meter a few times now and it helps me calm down when nervous or anxious.
