I moved to live with my oldest son back in 2013. I was still recovering from neck surgery after being assaulted in late 2011. Doing banking 2000 miles away just bothered me. Oregonians had just opened a branch in St Johns neighborhood about 3 blocks from my son’s house. I’ve never been happier with my choice to go with them for my banking needs. Real service, real people and I’m confident with their business ethics. Love being an Oregonians Oregonian.
App needs improvement

They are usually pretty responsive - however, at some point a glitch started happening where I'm not able to view any messages in the "Message Us" inbox. I have notified them twice about it a month ago but they only closed the support ticket and it's still not fixed. So that help feature is useless for the time being because you can't see any messages sent back from support and instead it's just always mostly blank with the error "Failed to load comments". A banking app should be glitch free. Please fix your app!!!

Recently joined the OCU and the service is what has really shocked me. They conveniently can be reached by email phone or even text! (most of the time). I have had great interactions getting my questions answered, loan approved, funds transferred etc. The app works well and after a few weeks I have gotten used to it.I have really enjoyed working with OCU highly recommend especially for the people.

I haven’t utilized all the features on the app yet, so can’t attest to everything, but for the features I do use, I’m completely satisfied. I love the ability to login with face recognition. Before I would have to type my user name and password each time, now logging in is a breeze. I’ve been a OCU customer for about 30 years and so glad for this app.
