This app is perfect for my customers to get into contact with me right away from my own website, the app can be integrated to various website host. My only downside about the app is not being able to email the customer directly from the app but instead have to wait for the customer to message which is a huge downside but hopefully they add that as a feature soon.

Chatway allow my customer to contact my store anytime via our website. The great part about it saves the customers info so if you don’t have time to respond right away you still have the option to engage the live conversation later. Also it’s doesn’t slow my website down it works flawless for free!!!

Made an online shop through BigCartel, and I offer customizeable items. Chatway allows for me to easily keep track of these requests! Easy for the customer because it's right on screen in my shop, and easy for me to manage requests through their ticket system. Highly recommend!

They have been simple and good to use so far, and have improved with added support for WhatsApp and other convenient tools. Would be looking forward when they can add a pop up tool bar, like tap the chat icon and all tools come up, like call us, book now , WhatsApp etc.
Added private notes for internal team communication. Agents can now leave notes inside conversations that are only visible to the team and never shown to visitors.
