I love love love this card!! My payments are posted immediately in turn giving me immediate access to my available credit. The app is super easy and simple to use and I love that they allow me to pay with my debit card giving me instant access to my credit if needed!! And I can use it at the pump which a lot of credit builder cards don’t allow! This is the card I reach for every time now, but I also make consistent payments trying to keep it around 30% CU. I’ve had two increases in less than 1 year AND virtual card is great for my Christmas shopping so my card info isn’t floating around! Best card ever, I cannot believe some of the bad reviews, I don’t have a single complaint. My credit limit is now up to $800

Come to find out I can’t use this card in app and several other things. Even though it’s listed as you can and claims you can. Then they blame the company I’m purchasing from went to the companies website as long as it a visa, Mastercard and so on doesn’t matter the company they accept the payment. But sparrow claims up and down they don’t. Have in app purchases listed which is a lie you can’t. So if you are looking for a Therapeutic way to ease yourself this card isn’t it. Imagine if I went in store to purchase something and it’s declined. Smdh. Waste of my time honestly. Will be paying it off this summer and canceling I don’t need a card I can’t use to keep myself sane. Never had a credit card I couldn’t use in app for purchases. So this is definitely a first but they shouldn’t lie on a company because they don’t know how to fix the issue which starting to believe the card is restricted for security purposes and they just don’t want to deal with it

Whether building or continuing on your current path of good credit this card is for you. Ease of access with a virtual card and limits that grow with you are just one of the many benefits you have! Customer service really makes you feel valued and like there is a one on one support system. Anytime I’ve had to reach out I’ve only gotten quick and helpful feedback. I love this card. I love this company. I feel secure in my financial future here! 😁
Horrible with disputes

I’ve had this card for a few months. Rarely use it. However, I woke up one morning to find a warning about a charge to Starbucks in a state I don’t live in and don’t visit. They held “that” charge until I could confirm or decline it. I declined. So I log in to check my account and found two additional charges to Google, one for storage and one for Candy Crush on the same day that weren’t mine. I disputed the charges. They refused to remove them and stated that I used my phone to verify them as mine. At 4:45am, while I was sleeping (and apparently sleepwalking through Colorado). So I got stuck paying $45 in charges, one of which is a “recurring” charge. They sent me a new card, but it states that “recurring” charges may still be billed. UNHAPPY. I froze my card and have just left it frozen.
