Very, very unprofessional and just downright unethical. They take your payments and don’t apply it towards your available credit until they have hit you with high interest for two or more billing cycles. They ignore all emails to customer service. Every time you try to call customer service, they play some fake answering service message claiming that there’s 180 or more callers ahead of you to dissuade you from staying on hold and if you do decide to hold anyway, they’ll never answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for two and a half days now with my phone on the charger, taking turns waiting with my wife and they still haven’t answered my call yet. It’s always like this. Their website and the cardholder agreement both say payments before a certain time are credited the same day, but in no case later than 1-2 business days. I make multiple monthly payments and they accept my payments, but don’t let me use the funds until they have ripped it apart with two billing cycles or more of interest. By the time they are done, a $450 payment will get you access to about $115 in available credit but you won’t be able to use it until next month after they’re done tearing you up with more interest. It’s bizarre. When I applied for this card, I had no idea the devil himself was the card issuer. I’m furious! I don’t like shady business practices. CFNA, I will be speaking with the CFPB and other regulatory authorities regarding the way you guys are handling my account. From the reviews, I can see now that this your regular practice. Shameful!

I have quite a few issues with this app and how it functions but the main two are:1. There is no Auto Pay feature in like literally every other app that I use so it’s far too annoying for me to even attempt to try and take advantage of my 0% intro APR not to mention I have notifications turned on and was not notified that my statement close date nor my due date were coming up of my 11 cards this is the only one I’ve been close to missing a payment on2. There’s no option to pay off the current balance after deciding that I didn’t want to deal with this and pay off my card in full the options it gave me were: pay the statement balance (which it wouldn’t let me select because it was more than the current balance), the minimum payment (which was 0 because it was already paid), and other were I had to find the current balance and then type it out

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. I’m out of town on a work trip and I used my card for incidentals. A day after I check in I misplaced my card and assumed that it was lost, so I froze it on the app. A few hours later I find it on the floor slightly under the bed. I then try to use my card, forgetting that I had locked it. It gets declined so I remember it’s locked, unlock it and try again. It gets declined again. I call the fraud department after they text me and confirm it’s not fraud and even confirm a few transactions made before it was locked card, one of them being the incidentals for the room. The lady on the other line confirms the card should now be good to use before we end the call. So I try to use the card again and the same thing happens it’s denied. I call back the next lady says the same thing and that I should just keep trying to use the card. Try again and same issue, the next person tells me to call back Monday when the customer service department is open. Well it is now Tuesday and after calling the customer service department multiple times all they can tell me is to keep trying to use the card or wait because there is some sort of system hold on the card that no one can remove. They even told me it’s locked because I tried to use it too many times. Then when I told them I only kept trying because 3 of your representatives told me to keep trying, they said well just wait and try it again. No one can give me an answer on when or if the card will be unlocked. The best part is they are now flagging the payments I already made to the hotel, so the hotel is bugging me about transactions I have already approved with CFNA twice. To make a long story short my card is still locked and they are rejecting transactions that have already been approved. I don’t know when or if my card will be unlocked, but what I do know is once I’m back from my trip I will be canceling my account with them because they are the worst. I actually have other grievances with them that I’m not mad enough to write about.

I set up payments in advanced for up to 6 months which is the only option they have on the app because they don’t offer auto pay like most credit cards do. So I set up payments to be taken out on the 15th of each month not realizing I put in the wrong date by mistake which was after my due date. I noticed after 2 months they were charging me late fees, so I called to ask why and they explained because I was paying after the due date. I asked if they could reimburse me for any late fees since they could see I automatically was paying each month and I put in the wrong date by mistake but she told me that they never reimburse late fees not even once which is crazy since they could see my intentions were good and I was trying to do the right thing. So this bank can go shove it up their a**!
