MY UNHAPPY SPARKLIGHT NETWORK

My husband and I had to relocated to New Roads back in March 2017 after the August 2016 Flooding Ordeal which was a major life changing event for us because we were Celebrating Our 25 Anniversary and less than 8 hrs it turned into Happy Floodiversary Honey we’re homeless lost everything starting over in life again with nothing. We were THANKFUL for the friends who offered cute house near Hospital Road in NEW ROADS but we were told ISP AT&T wasn’t available so year 1️⃣ was a HUGHES NET NIGHTMARE! SEPT 2018 our original service was activated and we had no complaints about our new 🛜 provider. OCTOBER 2023 we responded to the Promotional Offer BETTER, FASTER, MORE AFFORDABLE WHOLE. 🏡 WI-FI . After speaking with CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (TERRY MEYERS) located in the Missouri Office The appt was scheduled for Service Technician to swap out the outdated Wireless Router &install new HITRON ROUTER with UPDATED SPEED & SAVING 💵 NEXT 12 MONTHS 🤬🤯🤬 WHAT A GREAT WAY TO TOTALLY DISAPPOINT AND UPSET THIS 🏡

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience—that’s definitely not what we want for anyone. Your feedback means a lot, and I’d love to learn more so we can make things right. When you have a moment, could you email us with your account number, primary account holder's name, service address and contact info? We recommend referencing this review platform as well in your message.I’m here to help however I can and will escalate this issue once the requested details are sent to our inbox at SparklightCares@sparklight.biz. Thank you!

Frustrated and Disappointed

I’ve been a Sparklight customer since it took over fidelity and I can confidently say the service is terrible. The internet is constantly going out, often at the most inconvenient times, and yet, every month, the bill arrives right on time, with NO discount or acknowledgment of the outages. And when the service is working, it’s slow, unreliable, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect for the price. The billing system is another major issue. Sparklight charges you in advance for the upcoming month, regardless of whether the service even works properly. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay full price for spotty or nonexistent service, especially when they make no effort to notify customers of outages in the first place. The app is practically useless. There’s no live chat, no real way to get help unless you call, and even then, you’re stuck on hold forever, listening to a message that falsely claims, “There are 0 people ahead of you.” The entire customer service experience feels like an afterthought. At this point, the quality has deteriorated too much to justify the high cost. Between the unreliable internet, poor communication, and clunky app, I’ve had enough. It’s time to switch to a provider that values its customers and actually delivers what it promises.

Total Waste of space - app is a busted POS - as a service tool it fails when it comes to situations like right now there’s an outage and it failed once again every time to identify it comes back with a message no outages detected and yet calling customer service the ivr system indicates an outage has been reported - The main reason people downloaded the app it was promised to have been a useful tool into management of services but it lacks in every aspect there of - you are much better off just using the website to make payments then to use this flakey app that constantly fails to provide correct information that lacks the tools necessary to check service statuses accurately - spare yourself the headache and don’t download the app just call customer support atleast then you can get the right information- this app won’t tell you anything other than there’s nothing wrong while your internet services are down after you’ve restarted factory reset your devices. just wasted your time

Sparklight has continued to be the WORST service I’ve ever had regarding internet services. Constant outages and they don’t update their outage detector so I’m constantly doing troubleshooting only to learn it’s their terrible service. They don’t give a single care about the customer experience. Also don’t expect to get a credit for the ridiculous amount of outages . You’ll get a dollar and some change if you even get one after going through a 34 minute phone call. Somehow they manage to be in an outage right in the middle of everytime I have an important meeting going on which in turn results in me having to figure out a backup solution because my primary ISP is only concerned about money. Get it together sparklight. I can’t wait until GFiber finishes in my area so I can forget about this massive waste of a money company.

Hi There, I'm really sorry to hear things haven’t gone smoothly. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. Thank you for speaking up and I'd like to dig in and help make it right. When you get a chance, could you send us an email to SparklightCares@sparklight.biz with your residential account number or the primary account holder's name and phone number linked to your service address? I’ll take it from there and do my best to help!
