In theory this could be great except, I don’t get notifications or pop ups to inform me of messages so we have to constantly check for new convos. When in Vagaro and selecting option to text using connect through patient profile, it switches over and brings us to the list of patients rather then the patient chat. Patients respond to auto text messages but we cant see what message they are responding too. The AI function is pretty good actually but inconsistent

I wish I could love this feature from Vagaro. I have had countless issues with the actual Vagaro app, which still go on consistently and make my life harder than it has to be. With how hard it is to keep track of client conversations, I decided to try the text feature with Vagaro (which, in the first place, is overpriced at $20/month on top of everything else they charge just to have 500 texts available to send) to stay organized. It was a terrible decision. Every time I open the app, it either refuses to load, it stalls or glitches and force closes, or it claims I have no client conversations when I actually have a lot waiting for me to respond to. It’s a miserable app and I wish so badly this thing worked. Vagaro team, please fix all these issues. There are some pretty wretched bugs and issues with both of your apps.

We wanted to love this feature and app for our business but unfortunately it has a ton of issues. Since this is a paid for feature, Vagaro needs to work on this!1) I open the app and it won’t show my text threads. It’s just blank, as if I have none. When I actually have several. 2) When I go to create a new thread it won’t show my client list. I search the client list and it infinitely searches. 3) You type a message into a text thread, hit send and it says “please wait while we initialize chat thread” but it never does anything. Just keeps telling you that, every time you hit send. I usually have to start over for this to go away. This happens on a new chat or existing. These issues happen ALL THE TIME!!! We’ve only been using this app for 4-6wks but so far, we are NOT impressed!!

It's for messaging but it takes more time to use the app to send messages than it would to just use my Google app. It's a newer app, so I do give it grace and hopefully I'll be able to witness its full potential one day. Right now the issues I'm running into are: 1. When I hit the message icon in Vagaro from a client's profile it only brings me to the Connect app. It would be nice if it took me to the app and also into a message with the clients number already populated into the delivery field. 2. When typing a message, there is a lag. It causes grammar issues to be constantly corrected. 3. Seems to be issues on getting messages to come through sometimes.
