I really like the app, it keeps me accountable, but I couldn’t login on my iPad because msg said I block cookies. I used Firefox as my default internet browser and not Safari. I finally figured out cookies were blocked on Safari. After unblocking cookies on Safari I was able to login and then block cookies in Safari. If I logout I have to repeat progress. My point is I want to be able to unblock cookies on certain apps and not all app.And It would be nice if the app could go full screen like other apps

The videos are great to have a visual reminder of the various exercises, but logging them needs work. Unless I’m missing something, I can’t log just a few exercises at a time - only the full session. I can’t check them off “out of order” either. I found that some exercise at the end of the list worked better as a warmup than at the end, but I couldn’t check those off first. Since I had a lot of home exercises, some days I could only manage some of the exercises or less than the full number of reps, but I couldn’t figure out how to log partial completion. I also can’t go back and log exercises for the previous day if I forgot to log what I did. The session history is then very inaccurate. Also, being able to fast forward the videos when you complete them faster would be great. I tried “skip”, but does this log the exercise as completed or not? Skipping because you are done early and skipping because you didn’t do the exercise are two different things, and it is not explained which it is. If these items were addressed, I would gladly give the app 5 stars.

Your app does not let provider assign Day 1, Day2, Day 3 etc. sets of exercises so that you don't overwork muscle groups and does not provide support or articulate the concept of recovery days with alternate sets of exercises to do that work other muscle groups. If your PT gives you 15 exercises but tells you NOT-to do them all in one day and /or not to do certain exercises more than 3 days per week - your app has none of this basic granularity. Also more importantly your app does NOT let the client check off EACH exercise individually as it's completed, ONLY asks you if you completed "it" and by it it means all the exercises your PT has given you. You know that checking off to do lists is incentivizing and if you would also allow client to record the actual number done (more or less than prescribed) and what if any issues they may have with that exercise- your actually have an app that actually records the clients real progress and helps them achieve their goals as well as help their PT modify their home plan to better meet the client where they are. As your app exists - it's not worth my time to log on.

Once they made sure I was doing the excercise correctly they kept checking on me but weren’t all up in my face ( I appreciate that). The exercises were spot on as to helping my areas of concern. Bernie could not have been more precise in developing a program specifically for me to take home. Carson would call to check on me and update videos that I can watch from my phone to maintain my program. Unbelievable. I thought when I quit going, they would drop me like a bag of dirt, but they didn’t. They truly care about their patients well-being❣️Very clean nice place with great equipment and even better staff‼️
