This app is so easy to use. It’s very intuitive and if you ever have any problems, you can call the bank and they will help you through it. I cannot recommend this one enough before I move to this bank. I did make it another location, a different bank. Their app was not nearly as easy to use as this one.

Like most people, I am not big on change and when something is working, why mess with it but I am sure you had your reasons. Everything seems to work alright but if you are looking for improvement ideas; I have a number of accounts, I like them in a certain order. When I scroll through them, the accounts move around and the order gets screwed up. It is a pain and if there were something you could do about that, that would be great!

I like using the app to check balances, transfers & electronic deposits. On several occasions it says not available. Thumb print ID access often doesn’t work. We were acquired from Associated Bank & need app functions to improve. Please & Thank You
The old app was better due to one feature.

The transaction history on this app is a mess. The dates for transactions are completely out of order, making it nearly impossible to figure out when purchases were actually made. Some transactions show up days after they happened, while others seem to be randomly shuffled. This makes it really frustrating to track my spending or reconcile my account. A banking app should prioritize accuracy and clarity, and this app fails on both counts. Please fix this—it’s basic functionality!
