Lied to repeatedly

I saw them in social media and decided to take a look. They required that you download the app just to get normal information. This was misleading because the minute that you registered in order to see what products they carry they start billing your card immediately $99 a month for some people might not be a big deal but for me that’s $100 a month that I don’t really have.I’ve never been reached out to by one of their medical experts or anyone by way of email or phone call I have requested that they refund the February and the March that they continue to bill me. The employees are rude on the phone they give you ticket numbers that absolutely mean nothing. They promise you you’ll be refunded and they do not do it…. I am so upset right now because I am so sick of being given a run runaround and not helped. I plan to take this to the better business and also the trade center and report this, I would never want any other person to go through what I am. I can only imagine if I had purchased anything with healthcare how incompetent that care would’ve been. Again I didn’t receive anything because I never placed an order. I was simply looking at their app to see what they offered when I saw saw that they did not offer what I needed. I simply deleted the app and walked away, but they had taken my credit card information and they continue to bill me. I will be opening a fraud case with my local bank. 😪

Consistency Failure

Don’t bother with this program. They don’t care about you. You won’t ever see the same doctor twice. They don’t bother to read your chart before they see you. They ask you to fill out the same form again and again but they don’t bother to read it. I had to fill out the same form twice in the same day. It’s annoying and it is obvious the people who work for them are just going through the motions. I was honest about my prescribed oxycodone medication for hip pain on intake and on every appointment since. All of a sudden it's a problem. I joined the program because I needed to lose weight so I could lose weight so I could get to the BMI that my surgeons require to have my surgery. This has been an over all frustrating and painful journey for me that has taken me 9 years to lose 73 lbs. I've only lost a few pounds with this program because I had to start from the lowest dose again. I had been on a high dose with my regular doctor. I know that Ozempic works because my doctor put me on it and it got us here. I only started this program because of the inconsistency of the availability of the medication through traditional methods. Our pharmacies were running out of it. My doctor suggested paying out of pocket and trying online programs. Which was finally working and the weight was coming off again. I'm tired of stopping and restarting programs going through plateaus.

Misleading and difficult to cancel

As soon as I enrolled, I knew that it was a mistake and tried to cancel my subscription. The price that I got was just too high and I searched the app for how to cancel. The help section was telling me that I could click through “more” and find a cancellation option. I didn’t find anything. So I tried the chat option, but it was lat and it was just a bot that gave me the option to email. I got a response this morning, but it wanted to know why—so I responded, and didn’t hear back. Then I got an appointment notification so I emailed again and went on the app to find out how to cancel. The chatbot said that I was in line for assistance, but I waited for over an hour without even an ETA or # in line. I missed the appointment and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I ended up calling to cancel and was told that it was nonrefundable and they tried to sell me on a different subscription. I asked for a supervisor and the customer service agent finally got off-script and took me seriously. I’m told that I will get a full refund. But I am so disgusted by how difficult it was and how aggressively they tried to contact me about the physician appointment—emails, texts, multiple calls and voicemail, a notification on the app. I felt hunted. Fingers crossed that I get my money back and next time, more research to find a better service.

Stressful

This company is so stressful after doing an initial order their provider called you back. The provider changed what you had ordered however, you can’t change it nor can you just upgrade your payment or anything you have to accept what you put in for your initial. Survey as if you’re the doctor and you know better than they keep telling you that something’s been shipped and it’s never been shipped. Then when you ask for a supervisor the supervisor now has any time from one to three days to ever call you back meanwhile it’s been a week and you’re still trying to and when you talk to the doctor again because you have to call back and set up another appointment with somebody else that doctor says oh I see in the computer here it’s already been shipped. Meanwhile it’s never been shipped because you called to confirm that then when they ask you to get blood work and you comply and you get your blood work, you get six emails telling you that you need to get blood work and they keep sending it to you then you get another five or six telling you to change your medicine, but you can’t confirm that because their buttons in their app doesn’t work this is nothing been stressful and a real bad hassle. Do not recommend that this company be used.
