I’ve done em all. You name the program, and I’ve probably done it. I feel like I have a moderately good foundation in 360 degree breathing and have worked in a few programs with PRI moves as well, but this program knits them together in a very cohesive way. I started it because I felt I was healed enough to start heavier lifting but after a few weeks, a nagging voice in my head told me I might need more core canister work as I still struggle with doming or coning when I’m doing work in a plank or even all fours. The instructions are clear and bring extra education and I love that the videos use models with different body types. While I of course bristled at having to stop all other exercise for the first steps of the program, I can see why it’s necessary. Many programs I’ve done have focused on contraction contraction and I can see that I’ve developed tension in response to that. I look forward to the program every day so far and I can’t wait to keep working through and feel confident all the pieces will be there! I also can’t wait until new weekly classes are added!!!
Literally the best program

Let me start by saying I am NOT new to fitness... I have a bachelors of science in exercise science, and have been a NASM certified personal trainer and 2x certified Pilates instructor for over a decade. That being said, this is the BEST PROGRAM I have ever used. After 2 c-sections and poor habits learned from my profession (who else has heard "pull your belly into your spine") I was left with a dysfunctional core and aches from my feet to my pelvic floor. Even with all my education, I felt lost. Other programs were confusing, hard to follow, low quality, and hard to implement. NOT THIS PROGRAM THOUGH! I tried the trial, then paid the month, and now upgraded to a year. How Caroline explains things and how this app is set up is 100 out of 10. Directions, plans, and video quality are crystal clear. Even with all my experience I never really learned to relax or connect to my core, and now 4 weeks in I have. I cannot wait to see and feel what changes happen over the next year. Worth the money BY FAR! I'm honestly surprised she only charges $30/month right now. Grab this while you can!

I struggled with pelvic floor issues for the last eight years since the birth of my first child. I struggled with keeping the right amount of pressure in my abdomen, diastasis recti, small belly button hernia etc. As a very fit and active person, I was getting more and more discouraged because the more I worked out, the more my abdomen/pelvic floor seemed to fall apart. I eventually started traditional Pelvic Floor Therapy but received little education and zero improvement. I've been doing this program about three months now and it has changed my life! Carolyn spent a lot of time upfront on education which helped me understand the big picture and what I was aiming for. The exercises are so perfect and yet incremental so there are no big leaps to the next progression. 1000% I would buy this program again. And there are so many advanced workouts that I haven't even gotten to yet. Thank you Caroline for the work you do. It changed my life!
BEST Pelvic Floor PT and Program

I started following Caroline in 2020 after the birth of my first son, vaginal delivery with borderline 4th degree tear. I learned so much from her reels and ended up seeing a PF PT. Even after my second child I went back to another PF PT. Over the past 4 years I’ve worked with 3 PF PTs and after starting this program I learned more in the one week reset phase than I had with my in-person visits! She explains things so well and I am SO EXCITED to keep going with this program. I always thought I understood 360 diaphragm breathing and was able to engage my pelvic floor/feel it, but after the first week I realized I really had no idea. While I had the vagina whisperer’s program, and she is great too, I have found this program to be SO MUCH more educational and easy to do and understand.
