Only one user can use this app. Not one at a time, ONE. When you log in, it makes you add the machine. When someone else logs in, it also makes that person add the machine, then it deletes off the machine on the original user who added it first. This is not at all what I expected when I bought this. Looking at the descriptions when i bought it, I was led to believe that multiple people could log in and see that my mom was taking her meds. For the price I paid, I expected this to be much better than this.

I have been trying to set up an account, but I have yet to receive a confirmation email. I have attempted it with multiple email addresses.

My dad has got dementia and needs medicine management. The app is very helpful to set up ideeffit and manage the device. It takes some time and patience to set up but after that your life will be much better!

Loving this stackable med dispenser for my Mother. We set it up with 4 trays so a month supply. She absolutely loves it. I just wish the app would allow for multiple users so my sister and I can both view & manage. Otherwise it’s perfect for her at this stage in her life. So glad something like this exists!
