The trip planner on this new app is close to useless. It recommends circuitous routes using multiple modes of transport and cannot find the simple and shorter ones. Try putting in a route between two stations on the same train line and I get a route telling me to take the train halfway and two buses for the other half. Timetables are nowhere to be found. You’re better off using the website to schedule a trip. The old MyTranslink app worked much better, but it expired as of 29 August 2025. I hope the TransLink management look at this review and update this woefully inadequate app.

Trip planner is unreliable and it doesn’t have many of the features of the last app. However, I like the ability to pin routes (even if it requires a time frame to work)
