I’ve had the product for over a month 56 days enjoying the productHowever, delivery of ship product from Georgia to Texas did not survive the shipping. Please look into why. Better packing that’s where the problem is packing of product would resolve those problems. Also needs more controls in the having problems, keeping one router connected to it in a multi router system

Our home had 2 Kenmore Softeners when we bought it. They both needed to be replaced as they were more than 20 years old in 2026. This one is very efficient and with the optional water shut off valve and alerts via its AP, I believe this is the go to solution, especially if you travel.

This water softener is amazing, our water is so hard it’s at 50 GPG it’s been on line for over 70 days and I’m still on the first 4 40lbs bags of salt, super efficient….
