Alexa, the trainer is knowledgeable, supportive, and has created an incredible community of like-minded fitness, focused women no matter what stage in life they are in. The app is easy to use and navigate with helpful resources like meal planning and live class scheduling. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to jumpstart their fitness journey or maintain whatever stage they’re in! 10/10!

I joined AGF (Alexa Garcia Fitness) @alexagarciafitness a little over a year ago. She, and her community of strong women, have changed my life. I joined when I finally hit my breaking point. I was tired of not feeling comfortable in my own body. I wanted to stop hiding my body in pictures, wearing ill fitting clothes, and lacking the energy and confidence to just be me. With my wedding 6 months away, I dove in head first and committed to a new mindset and dedication to having a healthier lifestyle. I had hiccups along the way, and Alexa was always there for me and helped me to see what I needed to do and cheer me along. I have grown stronger both physically and mentally along the way. Great workouts lost 4 pounds in a month. I wish when you purchase a program it’s yours forever. My intention was to repeat the shred challenge a second time, since I didn’t get to complete all the workouts. Looks like my access has expired so bummed about that.
