Bad Support for login issue
It’s been two months without any one who knows how to have this fixed by their software vendor.
As of today, Jan 13, I tried to use the app and my login worked. Someone must have worked on the issue that I reported but no communication back to me that it was resolved. I am changing my rating to 2 stars at this time. If the app continues to work fine over time, I will increase the rating higher even though the support and communication was slow and still needs to improve.
Check-In History
I’m getting conflicting stories. When I noticed that my check in history wasn’t accurate I called in one day to ask why. The guy said it’s because when you scan in the gym, there’s something the front desk folks needs to click on once you do…so that’s what I believed. Today we go and there’s people at the front desk when we scanned in. Doesn’t look like they clicked on anything. So what is it really?? Should the scans auto populate to the app? Or is this something staff needs to on their end?? When I called again today to ask, they said it has nothing to do with them and it’s the app….im starting to think it’s the first reason and some of these front desk people aren’t doing their jobs. One today was just sitting there and watching an anime movie…..🙄
A membership card pop up.
I have continuously set my app so that when I arrive at the gym it pops up on my screen. Unfortunately it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. Anyone else have this problem
