Great that PSP finally has an app, but it has a few issues that make it harder to use than the website. My biggest gripe is that if you search for a product and then filter your search results, once you click on a product and then use the back button to go back to your results, it loses your filters! So you have to filter all over again or give up and go to the website or another pet supplies app. Also you can’t magnify the images for the products.

This app is one of the worst I have ever tried to use!! Never works!! Heck doesn’t actually work at all!! I can not pull up anything!! I try to shop and it won’t even pull a simple bag of dog food when using the search engine. Just Dumb!!! Why would you ever release something this awful!! Who are the people that test this stuff?? I guess to sum this up…. The app is completely WORTHLESS!!! And the website is not great either. You would think someone would have tried to fix all of this after so long but, obviously they just don’t care. This has definitely affected the reason I shop other stores for my Pet Supplies. I live too far away to drive to the store to see what is on sale so if I can’t look it up before I get in the car to go Pet Supply shopping then I am going to go to the other Pet Stores. I have many Pets so Pet Supplies Plus is missing out on my business.

No issues, the app has been easy to use and navigate. I do have a suggestion though. I love using auto ship, but sometimes I need my order sooner. Can we have a button/option that says “get now”, or something like that? That way I don’t have to skip my delivery and make a whole other order. I have had to do that multiple times where I need food but have to skip my delivery because it’s not going to get here in time. And getting it sooner either means I need to skip again because I have enough food when the next time rolls around, or again I run out sooner than planned.
So bad, it's enraging. Whatever is being paid for this web design, it's too much.

Seriously. This would have been considered a poorly designed, out of date e-commerce site back in like 2011. I love my local store, but when i don't have time to go in and have to deal with this hell site I feel like I'm going to lose it.Like tonight, I see the ad for buy 3 get 1, so I try to browse the products. but all 350 of them are in totally random order. you can filter them of course. but if you hit back, it's random all over again. so basically you have to reset parameters every time in order to have any sort of order in your shopping. ridiculous. and it's always something like this. terrible search function generally.
