I mostly use the app to keep track of the schedule, hours I've worked, and my pay stubs. However, I have a couple suggestions. One I have is to give us the option to have a drop down for our schedule; let us see the full month altogether instead of going week by week. I understand not every department nor store does their schedules super far in advance; however, I think it could be helpful for everyone to see what their schedule may look like (especially if it's mostly relative). From what I know of, a lot of schedules are available for others in the same department to see who's working. This is something that is not necessarily required but may help clear any confusion with schedules. Perhaps there could be another tab or option to see who's working in that specific day so we know what to expect.Another possible option that may help is having the ability to put in a request, notice, or comment for if and when there's any days that there might be an issue. Maybe someone already requested the day off and approved, but no one can be reached; or someone happens to be sick so they have to call out. It could give management time to prepare or find cover for an employee. This could also work for any days an employee may want to swap shifts with someone in the same position, perhaps having the ability to request the swap (after notifying the manager) and either accept/deny could be beneficial.

I was able to read/view my schedule online the last few weeks, but now it doesn’t want to show my schedule and how many hours I worked. I need that to keep track of my hours. Please fix this asap!! For the past few days since the update I haven’t been able to look at the schedule online. Also can you categorize the work departments. Some of us work in multiple departments at Shaws Albertsons.

my schedule on the app continues to change and show the wrong times, example i’m working 8am-4:30pm and on the app it says 8pm-4:30am. it has many other issues with the schedule, sometimes only counting i’m working 2-5:30pm instead of 11:30-8?? weird. hoping this can be fixed so can use this app :). besides that i like the paystub feature & the PTO & sick pay balance being easy to access.

I figured I’d give the app a try and see if it’s any good. Mostly miscellaneous news, and I don’t mind that. But the schedule, what is going on with that? The hours it’s listing are entirely different from the ones posted on the my schedule section of myaci. I don’t know what the deal is with that, but that seems like it would be one of the main selling points of the app, so hopefully it gets fixed.
