My Internet has been great and super high speed. The only issue I had was when I was using my own router, which is the eero it needs to be set up in bridge mode. If you want the eero to work properly, make sure that the fiber box directly from T-Mobile, plugged into the wall before your router is in Bridge mode. That is a setting that you cannot access only Support can. I have my own personal eero devices and could not be happier.

I just recently required the service not even a month into my service and I’m already having issues with my service where I’m not able talking with the reps through the app and trying to get them to solve this issue? They’re not unable to help at all making you call other departments just to get help and do the whole runaround and doing all the same questions and same answers and it doesn’t even result to anything that like, I already explained home several times like I ran through the trouble seeking tricks that you guys have provided for us but at the same time that’s not the issue. I’m having here. I absolutely have no service and I literally just a month into my service is still off-line

T‑Mobile Fiber has been a complete disappointment. My internet has been down the entire day, and despite multiple calls, their support team couldn’t offer anything beyond basic troubleshooting that led nowhere. The most frustrating part is being told the earliest technician appointment is two days from now. For a service that’s supposed to be reliable, this level of downtime and lack of urgency is unacceptable. If you depend on your internet for work or daily life, you need to think twice before choosing T‑Mobile Fiber.
