Performance improvements and bug fixes

This update includes bug fixes, performance improvements, and general enhancements for a smoother experience.

- Announcements & Messages — get push notifications from the School of Medicine, with a Messages inbox that keeps every announcement in one place. Tap a notification to open it, even to a linked page. - New Resources tab — the Student Handbook, SOM Catalog, Title IX, and Student Complaints now live in their own tab, with Policies streamlined alongside. - Student Directory upgrades — student photos for all classes, plus new one-tap Text buttons next to Call and Email. Email now opens in Outlook when installed. - Emergency Call — added Fire (601-984-6666) and Code Blue (601-984-1111) buttons. - Dozens of updated links, refreshed content, and performance improvements throughout.

- New SOM policies: Mistreatment, Professional Behavior, Social Media, Academic Integrity & Academic Standing - New quick links: Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, ASB, and the Office of Well-being - Updated Career Development Roadmap and a new Sim Center booking link - Added Needle Sticks guidance and corrected the UMMC Catalog link - Link fixes and layout improvements throughout

- Sign in with your UMMC Microsoft account. - Concerns/Commendations now opens MedHub directly. - Class Composites are now available from each class's Directory page — tap a class and use "View Class Composite" to see the full-resolution composite photo with zoom.
