Reliability: the app no longer retries an expired sign-in when registering for notifications, so sessions end cleanly instead of failing in the background. Notification delivery checks are now consistent, and we removed an unused code path that could have caused notification text to drift.

The Terms, Privacy, Cancellation, Refund and Press pages now open in the app, and Help Center and social links work again. Listing a space has a cleaner layout with the standard header and easier-to-reach actions. Long documents get a back-to-top button. Checkout no longer gets stuck loading after an interrupted connection, and your properties list recovers gracefully from a bad response. Plus stability improvements to sign-out.

Payments: if a charge is declined you can now see the exact reason from your bank, then update your card and retry right away. Notifications: tapping a push now opens the right screen — once — and app startup is faster and more reliable. Sign-in: fixed a rare freeze after Google or Apple sign-in. Plus a smoother photo viewer, better search filters, and many stability fixes.
