Train at your pace. SetGo combines a configurable interval timer, a rep counter and a workout journal for HIIT, Tabata, gym sessions and home workouts.
YOUR WORKOUT, YOUR TIMING
Set work and rest intervals, sets, cycles and a warm-up to match your routine. Save presets for sessions you want to repeat, and create custom exercises. Set up your next workout without rebuilding it each time. Optional sound and vibration cues mark interval changes.

Manually log your reps with a tap during your workout. Set daily exercise goals for each day of the week, record your workouts and browse your calendar and history. Follow your time and reps to see what you have completed and keep a steady routine.

GETTING STARTED
Try three workouts free. Subscribe to Premium for unlimited workouts. Monthly and annual plans are available. An introductory trial may be offered with the annual plan if you are eligible; see the price and terms shown in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. To avoid trial renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
