MyCalla gives you a personal AI assistant named Calla who answers the calls you don't recognize. She greets every unknown caller, figures out what they want, shuts down scammers mid-sentence, and only interrupts you when someone actually deserves your attention.
HOW IT WORKS
• Unknown callers reach Calla first. She answers naturally, asks who's calling and why, and handles it.
• Scam detection runs in real time during the conversation — IRS impersonators, "grandchild in trouble" scripts, fake fraud departments, warranty robocalls. Calla recognizes the patterns and ends the call.
• Real callers get through. Calla sends you a live screening request: see who it is and what they want, then accept the call from your lock screen or let Calla take a message.
• Your VIPs never hear Calla at all — trusted contacts ring straight through.
• Blocked list: numbers you block manually, plus numbers Calla confirms as scam during a screened call. You can review and remove any blocked number in the app.

Setup check: Calla now verifies your call forwarding with a quick test call and tells you when everything’s working. Test right away during setup, or skip and run it later from Settings. Verified checks show in your activity. Family plans can now add a home or office landline. Carrier forwarding codes updated.
