Onboarding was significantly expanded and cleaned up, with related fixes in calendar, property editing, settings, app startup, and store state. Notification handling was improved: runtime permission flow, scheduled notification syncing, background notification task registration, and better OS notification plumbing were all added or tightened up. New PGR tracking notifications were added, including a dedicated tracking service, background evaluation support, dashboard/widget updates, and related task logic.
