Indications for Use
Tenzr Aurora, including the patient mobile application Tenzr Arc (Iris), is indicated for use as a clinician-directed digital care platform that:
- delivers clinician-assigned exercise programs, educational materials, and care instructions to patients
- captures patient-reported completion, responses, notes, and related descriptive information
- organizes and presents patient-reported information for clinician review as part of clinician-directed care and monitoring workflows
Tenzr Aurora is intended for use under healthcare provider direction. It does not diagnose, interpret patient information, generate treatment recommendations, or make clinical decisions. - Safety Information
- Warnings
- Tenzr Aurora and Tenzr Arc are not emergency services and must not be relied upon for emergency response.
- Tenzr Aurora and Tenzr Arc do not replace clinician judgment, direct medical evaluation, or urgent medical assessment.
- If a patient experiences an urgent or emergency medical issue, the patient should contact local emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.
Precautions
- Patients should use Tenzr Arc only under the direction of a healthcare provider or clinic that has assigned the relevant plan of care.
