The POTS Life was created from firsthand experience living with POTS and understanding how overwhelming it can feel trying to manage symptoms while figuring out where to even begin.
This app offers a structured, realistic approach for individuals living with POTS and
dysautonomia. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been dealing with symptoms for years, the goal is to help you build consistency over time without pushing your body beyond what it can tolerate.
Many people with POTS and dysautonomia feel stuck, discouraged, or nervous that exercise will make symptoms worse. The POTS Life was built to help make things feel more manageable by providing guidance, structure, education, and support in a way that feels approachable and realistic for everyday life.
Inside the app you’ll find:
Structured exercise guidance
A gradual exercise approach designed to help improve tolerance, circulation, and conditioning over time without overwhelming your system.
Flexible guidance for symptom changes
Symptoms can change day to day, so the program focuses on helping you adjust based on how you are feeling rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.
Tracking and consistency tools
Track symptoms, habits, exercise, hydration, and progress to better understand patterns and build routines that work for your body.
Education and resources
Learn more about POTS, dysautonomia, deconditioning, pacing, hydration, and the reasoning behind different strategies used throughout the program.
Ongoing support
Access ongoing guidance and support to help you stay consistent through both progress and setbacks.
Designed for individuals living with POTS and dysautonomia seeking a more structured, gradual, and supportive approach to building tolerance and consistency over time.
Wear OS support
Use The POTS Life Wear OS app to track heart rate and calories burned during workouts, helping you monitor activity and progress over time.
Sync with the Health app to update your metrics and track your progress over time.
When being diagnosed/living with/trying to get diagnosed with a chronic illness that people cant see can be incredibly frustrating and isolating. I was so defeated when finally getting diagnosed with POTs then being told to exercise eat a ton of salt and wear compression. Ok great but what kind of exercise? How much salt? What type of compression? Kelsey literally understands where you are because she went through it. has pots herself, has been gaslit by drs. The POTs life program is a game changer and has changed lives, mine included. With the right type of exercise, nutrition coaching, podcasts, and the community. You aren't alone in this journey and shouldn't go through it alone! Is it an overnight fix? No. But you will see the changes. Less adrenaline, lower heart rate. Easier mornings! I was able to take a trip to Kauai with my family this past spring and feel GOOD!! Take the leap! You wont regret it!!
Fantastic app and program

The POTS Life, and specifically Kelsey, have been integral to my recovery as I heal. The app is easy to use and has all the tools you need to manage your physical recovery: exercises with videos, symptom monitoring to identify patterns, and tracking for meals, medication, salt, and hydration. Additionally, Kelsey is just a chat away, as she is available in app for any concerns or needs. There is also a community board for all members where everyone can post questions or tips and tricks that work for them as they navigate their recovery and get back to living a life they love. As a Physical Therapist myself, if you are struggling with POTS or other forms of disautonomia, I highly recommend this program.
So thankful I started this!

Having a chronic illness has made being consistent with anything very difficult. This program just clicked with me, and now I am starting my fifth month and have been able to be consistent. The only time I've missed was when I was on vacation, but, because I was being very active at the beach, it was no big deal. I got right back on track when I got home and have been working ever since. The quick communication and help from the team keeps me going steadily forward and progressing in my POTS journey. The app is also very easy to use.

The POTS Life has been a game changer for me. Almost a year ago I was hit by debilitating symptoms leaving me in a swirl of unknown. Until I became a part of the POTS Life, I felt alone in this journey. This program is built around your body and how you feel. The community aspect of the program allows for you to ask questions that others might have been through as well. This program is allowing me to hopefully return to school in the fall as a music major, even when doctors said I would never be able to it. There is no other program that is like the POTS Life.
Fixes and improvements.
