The My Waxahachie app is an official City resource that lets you easily report potholes, damaged street signs, code enforcement issues, and other local non-emergency concerns. The app uses GPS to determine your location and presents a menu of common quality-of-life conditions for you to select from. Citizens can upload pictures or videos to accompany their requests and even track the status of the reports they have submitted. Community members may also choose to submit a compliment to let City staff know they are doing a great job! This tool can be accessed by visiting our website at Waxahachietx.gov.
