As a 29y/o male, I’ve noticed it is easy to over-eat, especially when trying to lose weight. It is easy to think you are eating in a deficit when you are actually not. Manny solved this problem for me, and I have been seeing the weight melt off. Logging all my food with Manny has gotten me back on track and then some. But it is not just that. Recovery tips, recipe substitutes, analyzing my sleep and workouts, just to name a few things I use Manny for daily that I have not found comfort with in other AI apps. I definitely don’t foresee any days anytime soon where i do not open the Manny app multiple times. Thank you Manny!

This is the best lifestyle (health, wellness, nutrition, fitness etc) app I’ve ever used. Manny makes it incredibly easy to track everything all the time. As a male in my early 30s I’ve tried basically every app out there but nothing seemed to stick until Manny was released. The best part about the app is how quickly you can log food & workouts, get answers to nutrition questions, and make quick changes on the fly. I also love the ability to share workouts, recipes, etc with friends who are also using Manny. Overall 10/10 experience and I’m sure there’s plenty more to come!

Manny is a genius app that takes your fitness tracking to a whole new level. It’s like having an actual coach that knows everything about you, and everything about health. I love how easy it is to log my meals and workouts. My favorite part about this app is how it can give you recipe ideas, exact portion sizes based on your macros, and then add it to your grocery list for you! It makes busy weeknights so much easier.

I’ve always been focused on health and fitness and have been consistently working out for years. This app and coach helped me unlock the little things I was missing to really get me the results I’ve been looking for. I have finally begun to design my dream body combining all of Manny’s health advice and teaching and it’s actually fun to do it! I love him 🫶🏻
