BabyChart is a private baby tracker for the first year — and for the person recovering from birth. Log feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping, medicine, growth and milestones in a few taps, and keep all of it on your phone. No account to create, no cloud to sync, no ads, no analytics.
Built for the hours when you are holding a baby in one arm and a phone in the other. Open it at 3 a.m. and the first thing on screen is how long since the last feed, the last sleep and the last change — before you have fully opened your eyes.
ONE-HANDED LOGGING
A breast timer with left and right sides and a pause. Bottles in ounces or millilitres. Solids, diapers, pumping, medicine and notes. A running session banner sits at the top of every tab so you always know a timer is going, and you can end it from anywhere. Forgot to log something? Backdate it.
SLEEP THAT LEARNS YOUR BABY
A wake-window predictor built from your own logs rather than a generic chart. Seven days of sleep on one screen, one row per day, with the longest stretch marked. A white, pink and brown noise sound machine generated on the device that keeps playing with the screen off and the phone locked — and can log the nap it just soothed.
GROWTH, VACCINES AND MILESTONES
WHO and CDC percentile charts, sex-specific and corrected for prematurity to 24 months. A vaccination record on the CDC schedule. The CDC "Learn the Signs. Act Early." developmental checklists, presented without the anxiety. Montessori play and soothing ideas for the age your baby is right now.

Postpartum recovery guidance organised by delivery type and week, written with citations. The AWHONN and CDC post-birth warning signs, with tap-to-call. A private mood check-in based on the EPDS that points toward support instead of handing back a score. A self-care log, because someone should be tracking you too.

Logging never locks. Every feed, sleep, diaper, pumping session, medicine and note you record, today's summary, your whole history, the live timers, your children and your backups stay free for as long as you use BabyChart. There is no countdown on the things you reach for every day.

A subscription opens the worked-out half of the app: weekly charts of feeds, sleep and diapers; a jump to any past date and a full summary of that day; seven-day sleep patterns and wake-window timings; the sound machine; the postpartum guide; growth percentiles, the vaccine schedule and CDC milestones; play and soothing ideas; and a summary report you can export for a pediatrician. Offered monthly or yearly, with a free week to start. Cancel any time in your device settings.
YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES
There is no server. The app makes no network calls at all — that is enforced by an automated test that fails the build if one is ever added. Export a backup whenever you like and choose where it goes. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is sold, and there is nothing to delete from our systems, because we never had it.
BabyChart is for tracking and general information. It is not medical advice, and the medicine log records what you gave and when — it never recommends a dose. Always consult your pediatrician, OB or midwife.
