The app works well enough, but that’s not why I’m writing. Not sure where else to make a suggestion. For me personally, and likely for others, it would be super helpful to have a way to write a note on the transfers I make in-app (mobile) so that I know what those transfers are for. For example, my husband and I share accounts and if I pay for something that he needs to pay me back for, I’d like to be able to transfer that money and write a note what it was for so that, say, in a month when we look at our accounts we aren’t wondering what the transfer was for. We run into this issue A LOT. Thanks for your consideration!

I still do not have a debit card from the Republic switch over. I finally spoke with someone yesterday.. I have been calling since you opened with no answer. When I go into the branches, the employees tell me that I need to wait and a card is on the way. They will not make a phone call or do anything extra to help me out. I travel a lot for work and am scared that if I don’t withdraw enough cash I will be stuck since I don’t have a debit. Also, my bills are messed up (WiFi, cable ect) bc they are paid with a debit. I’ve been late for payments. Yesterday I tried to park in a parking garage but could not access bc it was card only. I have wait so long for this card I don’t understand why you don’t have the technology to print a card in store… that have been available for like 15 years. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of caring for you customers and your inability to perform simple tasks like mailing a debit card. This is the worse bank experience I have ever had.

I love Fulton Bank and this app is top notch. Easy fingerprint sign in, an easy widget to have on my notifications screen that shows my bank balance without having to physically open the app, and mobile check deposit are just some of the great features.Not to mention I get deposits faster than anyone. All my friends wait 1-3 days for deposits to hit their account, but Fulton Bank usually has it in the same day within seconds whether it’s paypal, venmo, or any other deposit system.

I love Fulton Bank and this app is top notch.
