Jainie Diaz did an outstanding hair and blowout for my Red Carpet event as well as my beautiful airbrushed makeup and lashes. Jainie arrived on time, and was very professional and friendly. She demonstrated the utmost customer service as well. She coached me on breathing while getting my airbrushed makeup since it was my first time getting that done.I loved my airbrushed makeup. My face was flawlessly done. I loved how the makeup was applied. My eyebrows needed sculpting and she asked me if I would like it done as well. Naturally, I trusted her opinion and had it done. My eye makeup was the best I’ve ever had it applied. The blue shadow, eyeliner, and lashes and mascara accentuated my look. Jainie knew how to match my look with my blue gown for the red carpet.II highly recommend Jainie Diaz if you are interested in looking like a million dollars when you step onto the Red Carpet or any Black Tie affair.

These people were fabulous! After scheduling my services they were in touch by text to make certain all details were correct. The day of the services scheduled, having never done anything like this before, I was a little concerned no one would show. The stylist was there as scheduled and I do not have the words to describe what this precious, talented, and confident lady brought to our day! It was my son’s wedding day and quickly became quite chaotic. She did 8 hair styles ranging from children, men and women’s styles. Lauren was the calm in the storm. What an angel. I am forever grateful to PRIV and Lauren.

The biggest issue with Priv is that the ratings of the stylists/artists only incorporate the ones that were completed. If a person no shows (which has happened to me 2 out of 3 times), you are not allowed to pity hat feedback in their review bc the work was never “completed “. Therefore, people can no show or cancel at the last minute and keep their 5 star rating. Because of this and my experience with no shows particularly on this app, I’d be weary of using them for times when you really must have someone show up. They can be unreliable and there are no checks and balances to manage this in the system. Or a way for you, as the customer to know if you are choosing someone who no shows a lot or if you are getting a reliable person. I was told by priv they handle no shows behind the scenes which is probably bc they do not want those negative reviews in public.

I recently heard of Priv through RHONJ after Margaret used their services for her mother. I had to look it up because I thought it sounded like the coolest thing!!Unfortunately their services are not provided quite yet in my location (Lake Geneva, WI). I just wanted to write a review to share my opinion. Lake Geneva would be a great area for a Priv specialist to find work. If you know of the area you know it is known as the “Hamptons of Wisconsin”. I know a lot of women that would truly appreciate your business! Especially me!
