I am a new member. I was able to setup my account on the website but when I tried to log into the mobile account, it says that I need to go to the website and change my password because my security is important to them. I have done this 3 times and it still gives me the same message every time. On the website when I try to send a secure message to customer service, it just takes me to an error screen. So how do you even contact them to fix the problem? This does not give me much confidence in this company if they can’t even figure out a mobile app and customer service email. May be switching insurers at the next open enrollment if this doesn’t get better. Very disappointed!

I’d love to like the app more but not sure who your DevOps are but man they need a cash course in building a functional mobile application. Try to add my primary care - nope she doesn’t exist there, but wait I found her under your provider search. The office I go to is listed for care. Search for the same provider on the web? Nope doesn’t even exist there. Running 2 databases that don’t sync correctly? Yikes. Click my providers name, Error 500. Couldn’t make the connection required to retrieve this data. Come on guys this isn’t rocket science. Fix your application for once.

I'm not sure if they've made a change recently, but the app works for me. I really wasn't expecting it to after reading the horrible reviews. I did have a problem logging in with the password issue the first time. I called their customer service department and they helped me. It's been fine ever since. Maybe try giving them a call? I didn't have too wait for long to talk to someone and they were quick in helping me get it resolved.

I want to find the formulary for what is covered this year, especially for my kid's medications, because getting hit with a surprise $300 for maintenance meds is unconscionable. Can I find this? NO! Can I view formularies anywhere on the app? NO! At best, I was able to download some gibberish that turned into a PDF in my reader, but another one was broken and would not be viewed that way, either. I can't even see if the claim on insurance for my kid's meds looks weird because when I try to view their claims, I'm not permitted!This app is as bad as their website.
