The worst experience ever!! I had to drive almost two hours to visit the cage for a withdrawal. Once I arrived, I was told I need to upload about 5 different credit card numbers before receiving my money!! I don’t even use the cards anymore!! How do I find them to upload?? That’s why I’ve been using other sites because I can receive my payment within minutes. Now I have to sit here and wait for a callback!! I was depending on my funds to get back home!! Thanks For nothing

Worst app I ever used. Withdrawing is a nightmare. Like you withdraw and if you are missing a documents, you are automatically put back in the queue as it was start day one of the request. After 3 different people and almost 2 weeks of still waiting to my withdrawal to be processed, I will be deleting my account once I received the withdrawal from their site. They have no issue taking the money out of my bank account, but when it comes from withdrawing from their site. It is literally pulling out teeth .Customer service is very useless as they one said to me that they can’t get me estimated time on when it will be viewed by their processing team. They send you a email that your request will be viewed/ processed for 48 hours which is clearly false. I played for multiple years and now they are giving me a runaround for bigger withdrawal. The games are little outdated from the other casino apps like MGM( I highly suggest over this app).

I look at reviews a lot before downloading but usually give it a try not knowing if they are real, but all these are correct. If you like being frustrated, this app is for you! They can never find my location but I’m sitting in the same spot. I uninstall GeoGuard reinstall still same issue. There are way too many better casino apps out there that won’t cause this frustration. Do not deposit, you will barely even be able to play your own money because they will never find your location. It WILL work sometimes, but after awhile you will encounter this issue. I would try every other casino app before signing up for this one! Apparently this issue has been going on for 8+ years as I’ve read other reviews. I’m only back on here because I got $5 no deposit and now I had delete and reinstall the app. Nobody at Tropicana reads this, so it will never get fixed

Absolutely one of the worst casino apps there are, you may get a few wins here and there but after that forget about it you won’t win a single game it’s disgusting!! Besides ripping me off by NEVER winning a single game they also ripped me off by double charging me , I deposited money for a bonus claim and it said there was an error the funds did not come out of my account or go into my trop account I tried again (mind you I was able to claim the bonus again which wouldn’t be possible had I already used it) this time the funds were taken out and deposited, little while later I see they charged me twice , they original deposit that said error and didn’t go through I was charged for and of course the robbers that they are will not refund me. Last time they steal from me, don’t waste your money here!! Deleting app !!
