The worst experience ever!! I had to drive almost two hours to visit the cage for a withdrawal. Once I arrived, I was told I need to upload about 5 different credit card numbers before receiving my money!! I don’t even use the cards anymore!! How do I find them to upload?? That’s why I’ve been using other sites because I can receive my payment within minutes. Now I have to sit here and wait for a callback!! I was depending on my funds to get back home!! Thanks For nothing

I’ve tried soo many hours..so much $$$$ & different denominations, bet sizes! Gives a little but takes a lot! I am a diamond member for many years! It’s all gone downhill! The app is worse than before! Was once Caesars..switched to Trop NJ app! Used to give good play for money! Now nothing! Nothing nothing! Not even in casino! Which is worse! They were bought out & now they replaced all the favorites with high volatility digital machines where you have to pop or fill to get bonuses! The pop or fills never pop or fill! What a shame! They in my opinion, need to recoup millions in debt & it starts with us! This may backfire on this casino/app though! You should take care of the loyals! You need to lose more more to gain ! I may be done with this app & possibly Caesars/ TropNJ casino altogether! Not happy at all! I was even denied a Diamond dinner at casino in Atlantic City..because they said I didn’t have enough points! No bueno! I’m done losing thousands! I’m fed up! Not sure what I will do next! Keep trying? Hmmm… I really am not sure it’s fun any more! Fix this! You will lose a lot more! I’m most likely gonna play else where! What a shame though! Just horrible play! I never give bad review but enough is enough! I’ve heard this from about 11 different people on the casino floor..how horrible the play is! Worst app I ever used. Withdrawing is a nightmare. Like you withdraw and if you are missing a documents, you are automatically put back in the queue as it was start day one of the request. After 3 different people and almost 2 weeks of still waiting to my withdrawal to be processed, I will be deleting my account once I received the withdrawal from their site. They have no issue taking the money out of my bank account, but when it comes from withdrawing from their site. It is literally pulling out teeth .Customer service is very useless as they one said to me that they can’t get me estimated time on when it will be viewed by their processing team. They send you a email that your request will be viewed/ processed for 48 hours which is clearly false. I played for multiple years and now they are giving me a runaround for bigger withdrawal. The games are little outdated from the other casino apps like MGM( I highly suggest over this app).

I look at reviews a lot before downloading but usually give it a try not knowing if they are real, but all these are correct. If you like being frustrated, this app is for you! They can never find my location but I’m sitting in the same spot. I uninstall GeoGuard reinstall still same issue. There are way too many better casino apps out there that won’t cause this frustration. Do not deposit, you will barely even be able to play your own money because they will never find your location. It WILL work sometimes, but after awhile you will encounter this issue. I would try every other casino app before signing up for this one! Apparently this issue has been going on for 8+ years as I’ve read other reviews. I’m only back on here because I got $5 no deposit and now I had delete and reinstall the app. Nobody at Tropicana reads this, so it will never get fixed
