I have this app installed on both my iPhone 13 and my 4th Gen iPad Air. The app is easy to use and works well on both devices. There is one thing that I don’t understand about the IPad version. I can’t find any way to access and view statements and tax forms the iPad. I can access statements and tax forms on my iPhone 13. I’m thinking that this is some kind of bug in the iPad implementation. Hopefully, this gets corrected in one of the next updates.

This is such a great innovative and refined application for iPhone. It seems that they have really been thoughtful about the design, investment, and innovation poured into this client tool. The PIN # requirement is an exhausting feature that is years behind in terms of being modern. These financial companies have a hard time accepting risk and being the first to do anything. I wish UBS would rethink this pin requirement. After all they are focused on banking services for the wealthy right? This pin creates a sloppy new client onboarding experience and is overly complicated how you have to have a separate temporary pin for each account. EFT, Bill Pay, Journals, banking features would be lights out if they could figure out how to make this easier on all banking clients. Lastly, my UBS financial advisor is in desperate need of a new secure document delivery technology. They should be able to password protect a pdf and send outside of secure messaging. Or buy a new technology to facilitate this effort.

This is the worst financial app on the App Store and potentially the worst app period. This app is not an app a multibillion dollar company should have. Words cannot describe how poor this app performs compared to literally every other app on the App Store. I have to try 5-10 times to login every single time I want to open the app. The app for some reason cannot handle something as simple as letting the user log in to use it. I know my information is correct but it doesn’t matter because the app does not work. It’s an embarrassment that this app was even approved to be sent out to the public. It’s so unfortunate my company uses UBS for its ESPP, because I know I am forced to use this terrible app if I want to participate in it. The fees they charge are outrageous. It is not a smart financial decision to use UBS, simply for the fact that the fees are unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I don’t know why anybody would choose to use this company for literally anything unless they are forced to do so. Avoid this terrible company at any cost, you will be destroyed mentally and financially.

I bank in several places. I have 4 or 5 banking apps on my phone. This is by far the worst of them. It offers little function. The rest must be done on the bank web site.. The developers have no concept of consistency. The timeout is very short and when you return you lose what you were doing. For example activating a card. The timeout was so short that the app screen closed before I could pick my pin. After logging back in the activation screen was gone. With UBS and their poor app, the only way to set the PIN after activation is to call them. While I am glad they have great customer service, I wasn’t expecting this. Because of the circumstances, picking the PIN became an ordeal.If you want to bank like you are living in the early 1990s, this app is for you. Otherwise, pick a different bank.
