The mobile interface of the JEA app is really smooth and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage my bill, check my usage, and get notifications—all from my phone. I still like the website for some things, but the app is perfect when I want to quickly handle my account on the go. It’s great for anyone who prefers doing things right from their phone!

Made a payment through the app from my bank account as I have been doing every month. Received a confirmation # and everything on June 13. On June 18, I received an email saying it was rejected for insufficient funds. I have to pay a $20 return check. Called my bank and they never received a request for payment. And that could have never happened because there way more that enough money in my account to cover that bill. Now I’m out off $20 and my record is blemish due to whatever this app have going on. All the other times when i paid in advance, this have never happened.

Latest version does not support signin with Touch ID when selected in the app. The option worked in prior versions. There is still an option for Face ID on the signin screen but my IPad does not support that option. This functionality should be restored.
