Looking for a solution.

Hello, the first week wearing these hearing aids was great!!! This is my second week and I am having problems with the connection. I have placed new batteries into the hearing aids, but they continue to give me the jingle. I checked the batteries, they show through the app that they fully charged. I reset and started up the aids, but the jingle continues. I don’t know why, but it’s irritating. I already have ringing in my ears now I have this jingling tone every 1- 1. 1/2 minutes. I bought new batteries, still the jingle persists. I finally had to just remove them from my ears. I was amazed the first week and quite happy the aids subdued the ringing. I attempted to contact my doctor, but she is only available, only on Monday and Wednesday. I’m sure this is a great product due to the first week. The support from my Doc is something to be desired, there should be back up plan for the customers. Thank you for listening.

Missing shown functionalities

I just got the brand new pure 312 X CROS system and neither this app nor the myControl app (which is the one specified in the accompanying literature) do/have anything more in them than the remote slider and a very basic bass treble slider. It has none of 360 hearing directionality, TV or other functions. I’m not just incompetent with technology and/or cannot find them, they really are not there.
Also why on earth are there 3 different signia apps? This is the one my audiologist programmed in for me, but the booklet says to use myControl and there is yet another = touchControl. None of them state compatibility for any specific models.
These other 2 apps, neither will recognize the pairing even though my phone says they are (under the mfi accessibility area)... yes, I have tried rebooting, reloading app, and re-pairing - multiple times.
Part of the reason I chose these was having my own fine tune sound control capability through my phone not having to fuss around with audiology appointments for every little thing.
Disappointed and hoping it’s simply that these are new and the app is just behind on updating for the new model tech.

Where us the rest of it?

By now there should be APPLE WATCH control. Lacks decent sound control—a slide bar up & down is a barely minimum. Why is there not a locator so if a hearing aid gets “lost” (they do even fall out occasionally or misplaced, dropped & a GPS/locator in the app (if RESOUND can have it, why not Signia) goes a long way in making it easy to find one’s device—or is the company in the market to only sell more. On the positive, I’ve no problem with Bluetooth connectivity. This app is BARELY useful & I don’t understand why a name brand corporation would allow its name be attached. It’s generic at best. You may want to collaborate with the RESOUND people & their app to understand what helps complete the wearing hearing aids experience. NOTE: I particularly researched hearing aids & selected Signia based on that. My previous Resound were good but the Signia are better for me. BUT I didn’t know that the app would be so bare minimum—especially after using the app from Resound. I hope this gets better—much better (& fast?).
