What is 10,000 Steps?
10,000 Steps is run by the team at CQUniversity Australia that encourages individuals to increase their daily physical activity. Regular physical activity is a proven way to prevent chronic diseases and can improve mood, concentration and emotional health. With the help of a pedometer or activity tracker, 10,000 Steps aims to help you become aware of how active you are and motivate you to move more every day!
10,000 Steps has been successful in motivating individuals, workplaces, and local communities to increase their physical activity levels since 2001. The program provides information, support and interactive website features to help you achieve your activity goals. Every step counts!

Why doesn’t this sync with the iPhone Health app?? It makes no sense to enter steps manually, and scoring physical activity as steps is ridiculous. The site is all about steps, count steps - or if you want to record physical activity, then use the heart rate monitor to sync that activity as well. There should be no manual input, as whenever there is, figures get fudged...
Why not sync with health data?
Great idea... but why make us manually enter steps? This can be taken directly from health data! No point using the app when you have to do the exact same thing as the website.
Thank you for fixing the monthly graph it now works like it did about a year ago 😊 good work
